  • By Public Transport: Take bus 5A or 350S to Nørrebrogade/Elmegade stop, just a 2-minute walk from our office.
  • By Metro: Nearest metro station is Nørrebro (M3 line), approximately 10 minutes walk.
  • By Car: Limited street parking is available. Nearest public parking garage is at Nørrebro Bycenter (5 minutes walk).
  • From Airport: Take the Metro to Nørreport station, then transfer to bus 5A toward Nørrebro.

Our office is located on the 3rd floor. Please ring the bell labeled "SolarBeflux" upon arrival.

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days) within Denmark. For international orders, shipping times vary by destination, typically 5-10 business days. Free shipping is available for orders over 500 DKK within Denmark and 1000 DKK internationally.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are defective. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, SolarBeflux is proudly cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we work only with suppliers who uphold the same ethical standards. We are committed to ethical beauty practices throughout our supply chain.

How do I know which products are right for my skin?

Our product descriptions include information about which skin types and concerns each product addresses. For personalized recommendations, you can fill out our contact form with details about your skin, and our skincare specialists will provide tailored advice. We also offer sample sets for different skin types to help you find your perfect match.

Do you offer wholesale or private label options?

Yes, we offer wholesale partnerships for selected retailers who share our values of sustainability and natural beauty. We do not currently offer private label services. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us with details about your business, and our partnership team will get back to you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team.
